I have stated each of the verticals could be left of the door frame, they could go on the right as well of course but it might be best to have a different shape piece on either side of the door frame rather than two verticals and I am not sure anything but a vertical will work on the left side. Just my thought. We won’t know for sure until you are able to get measurements.
